RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased from WhiteHouseGifts.com may be returned within 30 days. Masks cannot be returned once they are opened. All returned items must have been unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please communicate with White House Gifts at customerservice@whitehousegifts.com to request a return authorization.
RETURN CHECKLIST:
1) Place the item(s) in the condition in which it was received in its original packaging.
2) Place packaged item(s) in the shipping box.
3) Include a note regarding the reason for your return. Please include in your note whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or exchange.
4) If a call tag is not issued for your return order, you may return your item(s) to the following address:

4) For your protection, we recommend you that you confirm insurance on your package and cover yourself for at least the amount of your order total.
5) Additionally, please record any carrier tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our correct return address. Orders with a value over $100 require a signature at the time of delivery.
Returns are normally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment. If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your card statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are not refundable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the merchandise total weight. The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart after discounts are applied to your order.
Additional Shipping Charges: Items that are oversized and heavy will incur an additional delivery charge when those items are shipped. We reserve the right to require a signature for orders over $100.00 in value.
International Shipping in not currently available.
